Fees and Forms

Here you can download the booking forms, and read the terms and conditions of hire. Once completed, please email these to the Maryborough Park Coordinator, Thea Griffin at this address: thea.griffin@frasercoast.qld.gov.au or by post to Fraser Coast Regional Council, PO Box 1943, Hervey Bay, Queensland, 4655.

Council has introduced a Season Pass for casual use of equestrian facilities.

The fee is $100.00 per year.

Pass Holder Benefits and Identification:

The Pass-holder is allowed unlimited casual use of available equestrian arenas for handling, riding or driving horses, ponies, donkeys and mules.

When using the arenas, Pass holders must be able to present their Booking Invoice/Receipt and another official form of identification to MSEP staff on request. Please ensure you print your booking invoice/receipt and bring it to the venue with you.

Passes and associated benefits are non-transferable - you cannot share a pass.

Passes are for individuals only - Clubs/organisations are not eligible.

Booking Forms:

  1. Event and Facility Booking Form (PDF) Use this form for a one-off booking.

  2. Event and Facility Book Form - Regular or Multiple Events (PDF) Use this form instead, if you're booking multiple or regular events.

  3. Terms and Conditions of Hire (PDF) You need to read the terms and conditions before making your booking. If booking the Cross Country obstacles, users must also adhere to the Guidelines for Use of Cross Country Obstacles (PDF)
  4. Event Risk Assessment Template (PDF) You need to print and complete this document and give to Venue staff prior commencement of your event.

To check availability of facilities, mouse-over the "Bookings and Enquiries" tab, then click on "Check Availability", and then click on the relevant facility calendar from the drop down list.  Camping, Stabling and Equestrian Facility Payment Procedure

Online payments for CAMPING ONLY: https://nominate.com.au/stables/VenueIntroduction.aspx?vid=402

Online payments: www.nominate.com.au/stables/msep.asp for stables/yards, cleaning bonds, equestrian facility fees and camping.  Payment by credit/debit card.

All Stable/yard bookings should be referred to the Nominate website above or for assistance phone (07) 3118 9555 during business hours, 9am-4pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-12midday on Friday.  Nominate will refund all applicable bond fees upon inspection of the site/s.

Phone Council’s Customer Service 1300 794 929 to pay camping, facility or other hire fees, excluding stables and cleaning bonds by credit card, MasterCard and Visa cards only. Call centre hours are 8.15am - 4.45pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

To pay camping, facility or other hire fees, excluding stables and cleaning bonds.  Cash, Cheque, MasterCard and Visa cards only. Receipting hours are 8.15am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

No Cash or other payments will be received at the Venue Office 

Fees:

Camping Fees:  $20.00 per site per night (maximum 2 nights unless staying here to participate/attend an event at MSEP)

Equestrian Facility Fees:  $7.65 per horse per day when training, exercising or competing anywhere on the grounds

Stable/Yard Fees:  $7.65 per stable/yard from 6am to 6am or part thereof 

Bond: $23.00 per stable/yard cleaning bond payable in advance (refunded if stable is left clean)

Stables/yards are locked and must be booked 2 business days prior to intended arrival
